Our Story

Can you believe there was a time, when I didn't like guacamole?

 

Growing up in Ohio, in a family of amazing cooks, I was exposed to unique, spicy and flavorful foods. The first time I tried guacamole was at a chain restaurant. The "guacamole" was a mashed avocado. It was bland and unimpressive.

 

It wasn't until I moved to California, that I got to try real guacamole. It was full of flavor and so addictive. I was instantly hooked and determined to learn how to make it myself.

 

Over the years, I've developed various flavors of guac, which were always a big hit with friends and family. I'm thrilled to be be able to share my guac with you!
